Felipe Cruz Chellew is a professional with extensive experience and more than 30 years in the wine and international business industries. He owns Exclusive Brands Group (www.exbrands.group) and DECRUZ Wines, a boutique family winery. He has held key leadership positions, including Executive Director of Vinos Santa Ema, Corporate Commercial Director of Grupo Viña Errázuriz and General Manager of William Cole Vineyards/Viña Quintay.

Notable career achievements include international expansion, corporate restructuring, and brand positioning in the wine and olive oil sectors. Felipe is a Commercial Engineer, with a degree in Business Administration and lives in both Chile and Spain.
